What kind of services does Carolina Vistas NOT provide?
Carolina Vistas is not a full service landscaping or mowing company. We do not provide landscape installation or yard maintenance tasks like bed maintenance, mowing or leaf removal. Think of us as your lawn's health care provider and consultant. Our programs are designed to provide your lawn with the chemicals and nutrients necessary to look its best and to protect it from the many stresses that South Carolina weather and pests can inflict on it. We are, however, always willing and able to advise you on the best cultural practices for your lawn, such as proper mowing height and watering practices.
What products and application methods does Carolina Vistas use?
Carolina Vistas uses a combination of liquid and granular applications for most of our services. Depending on the treatment being performed and the time of year, you can be sure that Carolina Vistas is utilizing the best products and application methods available for maintaining a healthy and attractive lawn. All of our equipment is calibrated and inspected daily, and our product usage is recorded for every treatment, ensuring that the ideal amount of product is used on every lawn. The experienced lawn professionals at Carolina Vistas are licensed by the State of South Carolina and Clemson University as Commercial Pesticide Applicators and we receive regular training in order to provide our customers with the best lawn health care services in the Midlands.
When is it safe for pets and people to use my lawn again after a treatment?
Your Carolina Vistas lawn care professional will leave notes for you, indicating when you can use your lawn again. With granular applications, you can usually use the lawn immediately after the treatment. We use surfactants and “stickers†in our liquid applications, which improve the effectiveness of our products. These generally take anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours to dry, depending on the weather. Once the products have dried completely on the lawn, they cannot be removed and your yard is ready to be enjoyed by pets and people again.
What if I have a question about my lawn or my service?
At Carolina Vistas, we firmly believe that good communication with our customers is the most important tool in quality lawn care.
